Your accommodation is provided in a purpose built Hunting Lodge. A huge advantage for guests is that our ‘one hunting party at a time’ policy enables you to enjoy exclusive use of the lodge. You will easily discover that it offers the perfect retreat for you and your hunting party when you would like some peace & privacy while hunting with Hollyburn Trophy Hunting.
 
The lodge boasts the traditional comforts of home with an open plan lounge & dining area supported by bedrooms. En-suites adjoin the two main bedrooms where you can enjoy a hot shower after a days hunting.  The King, Queen & Double sized beds are fitted with electric blankets to ensure you have a warm & comfortable sleep. Guests normally sleep so well they surprise themselves by sleeping through day break! Ranch sliders lead onto the character decking that runs the full length of the lodge. This is a great place to enjoy a freshly brewed coffee in the company of the resident native birds. If indoors is your preference you can put your feet up with a book from the collection available, check out a hunting video or see what is on the television.

Food, fabulous food – you can be assured you will find no shortage here at Hollyburn. We pride ourselves on providing an array of culinary delights to tempt your taste buds with traditional New Zealand meals being our specialty. Freshly caught sea food including Crayfish, Abalone (Paua) & Blue Cod are on the menu as are the hunting & providing foods that include Venison, wild pork, duck & beef. Desserts are another favorite – we apologise in advance if you return home having gained a few extra pounds! We are flexible & eager to please, if you would like to try something new or have specific dietary requirements just let us know, we are happy to oblige.
 
New Zealand boasts numerous awards for its flourishing wine industry. We provide a wide range of wines including Chardonay & Sauvignon Blanc through to Pinot Noir & full bodied Merlots. A variety of spirits, plus New Zealand brewed Lagers & Beers are also here to quench your thirst. The Lodge refrigerator is also generously stocked with a variety of non alcoholic beverages & fruit juice.
