Wilderness hunting in New Zealand:
- Will require a high level of fitness ie: the fitter you are the more success you will have.
- Generally hunts run from 5 to 7 days.
- Rifle, bow and muzzleloader hunters catered for.
Trophies Available:
- Red Stag
- Tahr
- Fallow Buck
- Chamois
- Arapawa Ram
- European Wild Boar (hunt with either dogs or rifle)
- Wild New Zealand Goat
If unsuccessful in free range hunting you can still have the option of taking part in the fair chase game estate hunting.
